Union Outdoor – Supplier Code of Conduct
This Supplier Code of Conduct (“Code”) establishes the minimum
standards that all Suppliers must adhere to when conducting
business with or on behalf of Union Outdoor. Compliance with
this Code is a contractual requirement and a condition for
maintaining a business relationship with Union Outdoor.
1. Introduction
Union Outdoor is committed to the highest standards of ethical
conduct, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability
in all aspects of our business. We expect the same commitment
from our suppliers, subcontractors, and business partners
(collectively referred to as “Suppliers”).
This Supplier Code of Conduct (“Code”) establishes the minimum
standards that all Suppliers must adhere to when conducting
business with or on behalf of Union Outdoor. Compliance with
this Code is a contractual requirement and a condition for
maintaining a business relationship with Union Outdoor.
2. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Suppliers must conduct all activities in compliance with:
- All applicable national and international laws and regulations.

Relevant industry standards and international conventions,
including those of the International Labor Organization (ILO),
the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and
the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
- Applicable trade, export control, and sanctions regulations.
Suppliers must maintain accurate records to demonstrate compliance.
3. Human and labor Rights
3.1 Freely Chosen Employment

Suppliers must not use forced, bonded, indentured, or
involuntary prison labor.

Workers must be employed voluntarily, and free to leave
their employment with reasonable notice.
3.2 Child labor
- No child under the age of 18 shall be employed in hazardous work.

Suppliers must comply with the minimum employment age under local law,
but in no case less than 15 years.
3.3 Wages and Benefits

Wages must at least meet legal minimums or industry standards, whichever is higher.
- Overtime must be paid at a premium rate as required by law.
- Deductions from wages must not be used as a disciplinary measure.
3.4 Working Hours
- Working hours must not exceed the maximum set by law.

Employees are entitled to at least one day of rest per week and appropriate breaks during shifts.
3.5 Humane Treatment and Non-Discrimination
- Workers must be treated with dignity and respect.

No harassment, abuse, or disciplinary practices of a physical or mental nature are tolerated.

Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, union membership,
or any other status is prohibited.
3.6 Freedom of Association

Workers must be free to join or not join trade unions and to bargain collectively, without fear of
reprisal or harassment.
4. Health and Safety
Suppliers must provide a safe and healthy workplace environment, including:
- Compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Adequate measures to prevent workplace hazards and accidents.
- Provision of proper training and personal protective equipment.
- Emergency preparedness procedures, including fire safety, evacuation, and first aid.

Clean and safe facilities including drinking water, sanitation, and accommodation (where provided).
5. Environmental Responsibility
Union Outdoor is committed to sustainability and expects Suppliers to:
- Comply with all environmental laws and regulations.
- Actively reduce waste, emissions, and energy consumption.
- Promote responsible use of natural resources.

Minimize packaging and prioritize recyclable or biodegradable materials.

Avoid hazardous substances wherever possible and ensure their safe handling, storage, and disposal.
Suppliers are encouraged to adopt environmental management systems and seek continuous improvement in
sustainability practices.
6. Business Integrity and Ethics
6.1 Anti-Corruption
- Suppliers must not engage in bribery, corruption, extortion, or embezzlement.
- No facilitation payments or improper advantages may be offered or accepted.
6.2 Fair Competition
- Suppliers must conduct business in line with fair competition and antitrust laws.

No practices such as price-fixing, market allocation, or bid-rigging are permitted.
6.3 Conflicts of Interest

Suppliers must disclose any situation that may create a conflict of interest with Union Outdoor.
6.4 Accurate Records
- Business dealings and records must be transparent and reflect actual transactions.
- No falsification of documents, invoices, or certifications is permitted.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Suppliers must safeguard Union Outdoor’s confidential information and intellectual property.

Personal data must be handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including
the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8. Supply Chain Responsibility
Suppliers must ensure that their own suppliers and subcontractors also comply with this Code. Union
Outdoor reserves the right to request evidence of compliance throughout the supply chain.
9. Monitoring, Audits, and Reporting
- Union Outdoor may conduct announced or unannounced audits of Suppliers’ facilities.
- Suppliers must provide full access to sites, documents, and staff for verification purposes.

Suppliers are encouraged to report any breaches of this Code or unethical behavior to Union Outdoor at
compliance@union-outdoor.com.
Reports will be handled confidentially.
10. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Non-compliance with this Code may result in:
- Corrective action requests.
- Suspension of business.
- Termination of the supplier relationship.
Union Outdoor reserves the right to end relationships with Suppliers who demonstrate a persistent disregard
for this Code.
11. Acknowledgment
By entering into a business relationship with Union Outdoor, the Supplier acknowledges and agrees to comply
with this Supplier Code of Conduct
